Deby’s had a great time at the 2011 GF Vendor Fair. It was wonderful seeing all of the people–how the GF community has grown!

We are interested in learning about the fair. What is the location, who attends, do you accept vendors, etc. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, I loved trying your g-f flours. I made a pumpkin pie last night with the dough. It was DELICIOUS. I am looking forward to coming to the farmer’s market. What a great idea! Cheryl
Cheryl, glad the recipe worked for you! Look forward to seeing you at the market.
I am looking for bread that is yeast, gluten, milk, and egg free. These kids love pb and jelly sandwiches, but are sensitive to the above….and please…the bread needs to taste good. Oh yes, one of the three kids is sensitive to soy. Thanks for your help. Beth
Hi beth, my breads have yeast and egg white. I have a bread mix in which the yeast can have baking powder substituted. I have been successful with this in making small loaves of bread or sandwich buns. If interested you can order the country white bread mix. A yeast packet is included in the mix. Just throw that away. Mix according to the directions. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to mix 3. Substitute water for the egg. Continue as directed. Shape dough into small loaves. Bake right away.
Another option for you would be to purchase my biscuit mix. It is free of all the allergens you listed. You can prepare the mix with almond milk. Omit the egg. Bake as directed. Make fresh biscuits immediately into peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You can freeze left over biscuits. Reheat in microwave.
You could try both of these options and see which turns out better for you and or which your children enjoy best. Personally, I think the biscuit will be better as it is easier to produce.
Super ecixted to see more of this kind of stuff online.
I LOVE your honey whole grain bread which I purchased at the GF Vendor Fair. However, I live in Evergreen and am rarely down your way. Will you ever consider mailing orders out? Thanks!
Pam, Thank you for the compliment! Our Honey Whole Grain is our most popular bread. We mail out orders every week. Just call the store at 303-283-4060. Give us your mailing information and payment info, and the order will usually ship out and arrive at your door the next day.
Please let me know where the gluten free vendor fair and farmer’s market is located. I’d love to come shopping!
Thank you! Anna
