Hi Kathy, the French Bread Mix is available as Vitamin Cottage (they may call it 'soft bread mix'. If your local store does not carry it, ask for the bakery or grocery manager and make a request. I also have the mix direct at Deby's. If you are not local, you can have the mix mailed to you by calling the store at 303-283-4060.

The fair is held at the Deby's store location. There is still room for vendors to join the group. We wil1 expand as needed. There is an opportunity to place your items on our store shelves so that they are available all week. Please contact us at the store at 303-283-4060 or just drop in during business hours.

We are interested in learning about the fair. What is the location, who attends, do you accept vendors, etc. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, I loved trying your g-f flours. I made a pumpkin pie last night with the dough. It was DELICIOUS. I am looking forward to coming to the farmer's market. What a great idea! Cheryl

Hi beth, my breads have yeast and egg white. I have a bread mix in which the yeast can have baking powder substituted. I have been successful with this in making small loaves of bread or sandwich buns. If interested you can order the country white bread mix. A yeast packet is included in the mix. Just throw that away. Mix according to the directions. Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to mix 3. Substitute water for the egg. Continue as directed. Shape dough into small loaves. Bake right away.

Another option for you would be to purchase my biscuit mix. It is free of all the allergens you listed. You can prepare the mix with almond milk. Omit the egg. Bake as directed. Make fresh biscuits immediately into peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You can freeze left over biscuits. Reheat in microwave.

You could try both of these options and see which turns out better for you and or which your children enjoy best. Personally, I think the biscuit will be better as it is easier to produce.
