November Class:
Pies & Pastries
Friday, November 18th
6-9 pm
The menu: Pumpkin Pie, Double Crust Apple Pie, No Bake Cherry topped Cheesecake with a Graham style crust.
This is a Hands on Class. Participants work in groups of three to make all pies. While pies are baking, Monica will answer your questions about preparing your Thanksgiving day dinner.
At the conclusion of the class you take home one of the pies you made. (That’s almost a $16 value!)

December Class:
Cookies, Cookies, Cookies…
Tuesday December 6th
6-9pm
The menu: Chocolate Chocolate Chunk, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chashew, Almond Coconut Fudge Stripe, Cut Out Sugar Cookie, Gingerbread.
This is a hands on cooking class. Participants work in groups of three to make all 6 types of cookie. You will also learn simple decorating tips and techniques to make your sugar and gingerbread cookies look like they were prepared by a pro!
At the conclusion of the class each participant will take home at least 1 1/2 dozen cookies. That’s a $15 value!
